The Snake River and its tributaries are home to the fine spotted cutthroat trout, Oncorhynchus clarkii bouvieri. This particlur species of cutthroat is very rare and can only be found in the Snake. Similar to a tree at very high altitude, the fine spotted cutthroat, or cutty, have a short growing season in the summertime.
Fine spotted cutthroat trout are very aggressive and will readily attack large dry flies presented as food on the water surface, allowing the angler to see the fish come up and eat the fake bug. It can make for some memorable moments aboard the boat! People of all skill levels and all fishing methods are guaranteed a truly unforgettable experience. We accommodate people with disabilities and children seven and over (ages 7+) are encouraged to come out and learn about the ecosystem. Photo opportunities are everywhere that the eye can see!

Gear, flies, rods and reels, as well as lunch and bottled waters are included in the trip fee. Anglers are encouraged to bring personal waders, boots, rods, and/or reels! A day of fishing is typically eight hours, and starts around sunrise.

We fish the Snake River and its tributaries in search of the fine spotted cutthroat trout. We also fish numerous other watersheds that hold brown trout and rainbow trout.
Rivers Include: Snake River and tributaries around Teton National Park, Green River, Newfork River, Lewis Lake in Yellowstone, Firehole River in Yellowstone and other famous waterways and spring creeks!
